This adorable ensemble is a great look for your Little Darling at Christmas. The dress is made of a sweet penguin print with Santa hats and scarves on blue cotton. The bodice has tiny straps at the shoulders and is fully lined. The skirt features red ruffled ribbon adorned with snowflake print blue ribbon above the hemline.
